Mentorship

The United Phoenix Firefighters Mentorship Program was established in January of 2004 by Steve Simon and John McMorrow.
Mentorship Meeting
This organization is comprised of Fire Fighters that donate their time to help potential Fire Fighter Recruits apply the necessary skills for all aspects of the recruitment process. This includes mentoring for the Written Test, CPAT and Oral Interviews. Members are given the opportunity to practive hands-on for all aspects of this process in order to help them be successful.

The Members are also involved with United Phoenix Fire Fighters Local 493 events and help out with these activities as needed. This is a great opportunity to interact with Local Fire fighters and help out the communities served and general public.
